DGS Health is a GP Federation, where GPs across Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley have come together to deliver a range of services designed to provide local people with safe, high quality care that is integrated with the routine care provided by their own GP.

When we recruit to a role, we draw up a shortlist for interview in line with the criteria set out in the information for candidates. So when you apply, please make sure you show clearly how you meet each of these criteria. At interview, the panel have a set of questions that they ask of all candidates. Candidates are given the opportunity to ask questions of the panel too. For many roles, we set a task for candidates in addition to the interview questions.
For some roles we will hold second interviews, and we may ask candidates to prepare a presentation for these.
