In many cases you will need to contact your GP surgery to access our services. This does not always mean you need to wait to speak to a GP, often a member of the reception team or another clinician can refer you on to us. We do have some services into which you can refer yourself, there is further information on our services page.
We cover Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley and run clinics in all these areas. You will be advised which area and site you will need to attend upon booking of any appointment. Our main head office address is DGS Health GP Federation, The Old Rectory, Springhead Road, Northfleet, Kent DA11 8HN.
